Clinically governed support for Lafayette, Louisiana operations.

On Site Medical & Safety is based on Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette, Louisiana — not dispatched here from somewhere else. From this office we run integrated medical, safety, and logistics programs across Acadiana and out into the Gulf, combining credentialed field personnel, 24/7 physician oversight, medical readiness, emergency response planning, sick bay support, HSE services, and audit-ready reporting under one coordinated program.

What we do

Integrated medical, safety, and logistics programs, run from Acadiana.

On Site Medical & Safety is built to deliver modular services to the operators, marine contractors, and industrial employers of Lafayette and the surrounding parishes — supported by credentialed personnel, physician oversight, emergency planning, compliance documentation, and performance reporting that can stand alone or operate together as a single governed program.

Why On Site

One integrated program. One accountable partner, in your parish.

An On Site medic performs an on-site health assessment

The company was founded in Lafayette in 1998 — then Pharma-Safe Industrial Services, now On Site Medical & Safety — by two people who had worked the boats, the rigs, and the ambulances themselves. More than twenty-five years later the office is still here, on Ambassador Caffery, and so is the reason the company exists: remote crews deserve the same standard of medical care as the ones twenty minutes from an emergency room.

Lafayette employers have no shortage of clinics that will run a physical. What is harder to find locally is a governed medical program — physician-led clinical oversight, written standing orders, credentialing and competency tracking, chart review, emergency response planning, sick bay management, and reporting that survives an audit. That is the difference between somewhere to send a worker and a partner accountable for the whole program.

Clinical Governance

More than a clinic visit — a governed medical program.

On Site Medical & Safety programs operate under physician-led clinical governance, written protocols, standing orders, escalation pathways, credentialing standards, quality review, and documented reporting. Field personnel working out of Lafayette — offshore, on the water, and at industrial sites across Acadiana — are supported by defined medical oversight and operational leadership, so care decisions, fitness determinations, recordability reviews, and emergency escalations can be handled consistently and defensibly.
