About On Site Medical & Safety
On Site Medical & Safety delivers integrated medical, safety, occupational health, emergency response, and logistics programs for offshore, industrial, and remote operations — combining field-tested personnel, physician-led oversight, operational discipline, and audit-ready documentation.
Our Story

On Site Medical & Safety was built to support the medical, safety, and operational realities of remote and high-risk work. Our role is not simply to place people on a site. We build programs that combine qualified field personnel, medical oversight, emergency planning, occupational health workflows, HSE integration, logistics support, and performance reporting into one accountable delivery model.
Today, On Site supports offshore, industrial, maritime, construction, pipeline, mining, and remote operations with services that can be deployed individually or combined into a fully integrated program. Whether a client needs an offshore medic, a physician-governed medical readiness program, a sick bay outfitted and maintained, a MERP developed and drilled, or HSE personnel embedded into the operation, we build the service around the worksite, the workforce, and the regulatory environment.
Mission & Values
A clear mission and the values that guide how we operate.
Clinical Excellence
We support every medical program with credentialed personnel, physician-led oversight, evidence-informed protocols, documented escalation pathways, and quality review.
Operational Reliability
Remote work does not tolerate gaps. We focus on coverage continuity, disciplined mobilization, ready equipment, supply readiness, clear communication, and dependable field execution.
Compliance & Integrity
Our programs are built to produce defensible records — from OSHA documentation and medical surveillance to fitness-for-duty decisions, sick bay audits, MERP exercises, and contractor qualification support.
Partnership Transparency
Clients need visibility, not guesswork. We provide reporting, dashboards, governance reviews, and named accountability so leadership can see what is happening across the program.
